The firm's Kenny Chan Yew Hoong has also advised and represented parties in corporate rescue proceedings such as judicial management and schemes of arrangement. In one case he successfully assisted a company to apply for judicial management of its affairs thereby giving the company a much-needed lifeline to resuscitate its business. In another case, he successfully resisted an application for extension of a judicial management order on the grounds of abuse of process of the Courts.
